I am a first-generation Latina from the Central Valley ready to serve my community when it comes to mental and emotional health. My passion and approaches utilize inner child work while utilizing evidence-based interventions such as but not limited to CBT, mindfulness, Gestalt, Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Inner child, etc.
I am a bilingual clinician with years of experience in the field of behavioral health. I’m a big believer that therapy isn’t “one size fits all” when it comes to different interventions and meeting the client where they are at in their journey while providing a safe and therapeutic environment.
I have worked with all age groups ranging from children, elderly, families, couples, and have provided therapeutic treatment to the severely mentally ill population in unserved and underserved communities. I am trained in the areas of crisis management, intervention, de-escalation, advanced threat assessment, and threat management on school campuses, within the workplace, and local communities.
