She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, East Bay, where she focused on social services, developing a strong foundation in understanding the complex social dynamics that affect mental health and well-being.
Continuing her academic journey, Cintia pursued a Master’s degree in Social Work from Brandman University. Her education equipped her with essential skills and knowledge to support diverse populations. Cintia is bilingual and able to provide services in English and Spanish. Cintia believes that effective therapy addresses the whole person, and she incorporates techniques that promote emotional and physical well-being.
With extensive experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Cintia has provided compassionate care to adults, families and children facing various mental health challenges.
