G.L.O.M. Outpatient Services, Inc. also known as G.L.O.M.\u00a0 OPS is a California based 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that was formed in June 2023.\u00a0 The corporation was founded by our founder Dr. Allen S. Turner with the intent of reaching the needs of those suffering from moderate to severe mental illnesses and those suffering from the disease of addiction. With the overwhelming number of men, women and children even into the millions who have a diagnosed mental illness along with the millions who suffer with a mental illness that has not been diagnosed as well as the tremendous amount of people \u00a0overdosing on fentanyl and other drugs, we felt the call to action to no longer watch this epidemic destroy countless more lives, but rather be a part of the solution to save lives and help people recover and be better for themselves, their families and their children.\u00a0<\/p>

G.L.O.M OPS opened in the State of California our outpatient clinics to address the needs of both those suffering from mental illnesses and those suffering from substance abuse addiction who are not residing with our several residential facilities.\u00a0 Our founder saw the great need for our services to be offered to individuals who are at home needing services, in other facilities that do not offer our service provisions, or for anyone in our cities and communities that just needed extra support.\u00a0 These clinics are all certified and licensed by the Department of Health Care services as well as accept clients who have \u00a0Medicare, Medicaid and other private insurances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our company has opened and licensed our first facilities in California and are now expanding our reach to several states in our union such as Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Detroit and Maryland.\u00a0 We are excited to now through our affiliate GLOM Global Franchising LLC, provide franchising opportunities to franchisees using our service model and now reaching individuals suffering from substance abuse in now over 39 states throughout the United States.\u00a0 These franchisees will be trained and will be provided our operational manuals and Standard Operating Procedures to establish and run more facilities throughout our country.<\/p>

We are also very proud to say that in 2025 our company received our accreditation from a national accreditation company CARF which means that we meet all state and national requirements as a healthcare entity surrounding compliance, operations, financial\/accounting compliance, organizational structure, state and federal regulations and client\u00a0 care services.
